Post-BSF 'debacle'

The former Children's Commissioner has described the announcement about the end of Building Schools for the Future (BSF) as "a debacle". Sir Al Aynsley-Green said it was "deeply concerning" that the decision had been made "without any indication of how the abysmal building stock in which so many children are trying to learn will be improved".
