YOU state that David Blunkett believes the public is "not ready" for a blind PM (TES, January 5).

I suppose it would depend on whether the person in question was disabled with a mental blindness, or whther it was something less restrictive, such as physical blindness. A combination of the two would make them an ideal candidate for PM.
