Get a life Ted! The Channel 4 series Teachers is no more accurate a reflection of classroom life than The Bill is of police work or Peak Practice is of life in a rural doctors' practice ("Time to rat on TV's teacher prat", by Ted Wragg, TES, March 30). Stop being so precious about needing teachers' lives to e accurately described in what is no more than a routine schedule-filler. Accept the professional setting for what it is: just a dramatic device on which to hang threadbare storylines, and turn your righteous ire where it is justified.
