So Sir William Stubbs has received pound;95,000 in an out-of-court settlement. Can we expect similar sums to be awarded to the thousands of lecturers whose careers were blighted after they had been unnecessarily restructured out of their jobs when he was at the helm of the Further Education Funding Council?
