THANK you for your diary comments on the Technology Colleges Trust's eighth annual conference in Hammersmith at the end of November.

You are quite right to point out that, in our round-table sessions, our headteachers will be giving their presentations without overhead projectorsand screens. What you failed to point out, however, was that they have no need of this equipment as they will be using state-of-the-art laptops.
