AS an international school with a high number of pupils whose parents have short-term international assignments, we are used to a very high turnover.

In my Year 8 class, only two children have been here since Reception. The values and ethos of the school are passed on through a very stable and capabl staff, which when coupled with their invaluable experience of such a fluid population means that we are very successful.

High standards require stable staff, adequate resources and smaller class numbers.
