I SPONSOR a child through Actionaid. I am particularly interested in children being empowered through education in the Third World. I have, however, never been so carefully and thoroughly guided through an article ("Our twins in Ghana" TES, September 29). I write to say that Bob Doe's stle and innate sensitivity has prompted me as a school governor to investigate the possibilities of Link Africa. It won't stop there - I will be directing all my contacts here, in Ireland and in Holland, to read his work.
