SIXTEEN-YEAR-OLD singer Felicity Hayward has won the second pound;1,000 TES bursary, awarded to help a promising young musician develop a performance career. Felicity, a soprano, attends Garforth Community College, Leeds. She was a finalist in BBC Radio 2's Young Chorister of The Year competition.
