Labour-led Norfolk County Council has been condemned for making cuts of pound;380,000 to adult education, announced on the day the Government unveiled its long-awaited Green Paper on lifelong learning.

A survey of LEA spending in The TES two weeks ago showed adult education spending was being cut or frozen in virtually all education authorities.
