Making Sense of Microsoft PowerPoint is a course run by consultant Rod Arthur, demonstrating some of the essentials of a successful presentation, the pitfalls to avoid and the capabilities of the program. It is targeted at any members of staff who wish to use software to enhance key messages. No previous experience is necessary but users need to be familiar with the Windows environment and using a mouse.

The HTI (Heads, Teachers and Industry) Leadership Centre in Coventry will deliver courses in schools or to staff from a number of schools in any area. Courses are run for six to 10 people at a cost of pound;160 each or can be run on a one-to-one basis in your school or home.
