Newly qualified teacher

"My team teaching partner is also my mentor and that is my best CPD. I think she has learnt some things from me but I've learnt lots from her.

"Non class-contact time has allowed me to observe other teachers. I have not had much time in other schools but a lot of opportunities in my own."
