President shake

Billy Driver, a 14-year-old British pupil, flew to Geneva to meet Kofi Annan, secretary general of the United Nations, after winning a national art competition. He is a Year 9 pupil at Hailey Hall, for children with educational and behavioural difficulties in Hertford. Billy, who won The Water is the Source of Life competition, said: "Kofi Annan said I had a very firm handshake, like the handshake of a president."
