Priceless resource for free

The first reaction of many geography teachers to demonstrations of Multimap website materials is: "How much is it?" Then they find it hard to believe that this award-winning website is free. If they see it on an interactive whiteboard they are even more gobsmacked - because it brings key aspects of geography to life. You can use this website to switch between a map and an aerial photograph of an area at the click of a mouse. It's as easy as that.

So features on a map can be seen on a photograph in an instant. It's the "overlay map" feature that finally blows teachers away. After clicking on this item when viewing an aerial photograph you can use your mouse pointer to "reveal" sections of the map as it passes over the photo - an extremely powerful tool in a classroom. Try it for yourself.
