(Photograph) - Children from all over Glasgow joined in this year's Inspiration festival, celebrating 10 years of democracy in South Africa. The two-week festival opened on Saturday with a day of music, art, theatre and storytelling events at the Tramway. From rain-drums to gumboot dances, from concertina books to textile banners, it has been a month of fevered preparation in primary schools across the city. The under-fives enjoyed two days of music workshops on percussion and sing songs with rhymes and action games from South Africa (above)
