Primary teachers looking for support on health issues are being offered professional development workshops by The Learning Game. The My Amazing Brain workshops focus on mental and physical health and offer tips, such as drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

The workshops adopt an interactive approach to focusing on positive thinking and relaxation to build self-esteem. Based on the idea that a healthy mind and brain leads to happy, confident individuals, the workshops provide students with the necessary skills to believe in their own potential.

The course costs pound;495 plus VAT, tel 0845 200 0432 www.TLGworks.com
