REPRESENTING BEST PRACTICE IN TEACHER RECRUITMENT

The Federation of Recruitment and Employment Services education section has produced a free leaflet on how to select a reputable agency for the supply of temporary teachers. Using a FRES member removes many of the pressures associated with finding locum teachers such as interviewing and reference checking since all members have been stringently vetted.
