The best way to help students learn how to communicate is to make sure they have an audience. Internet Radio for Schools is a BT website that can be used with older junior or secondary pupils, offering excellent advice on teamwork, organisation and presentation, and tutorials on the entire production process. Software is available to turn your PC into a recording and editing studio and send podcasts to anyone with access to a computer.
