The Ready for Work programme from the Training Foundation is free to all in (or recently in) full-time education or apprenticeships.

Aimed at preparing entrants to the workplace to become responsible employees, it offers 12 online courses focused on building awareness of employment issues, such as showing respect at work, embracing diversity, stress, drugs and alcohol policies, internet use and data protection.

Achieving 80 per cent or more qualifies the student for a certificate and handbook.
