Road toll treat to drivers

TEACHERS who drive to work could be penalised under a new system of road tolls being considered by the Government. The scheme would attempt to reduce congestion during peak times, such as the school run, by charging higher prices to motorists using popular routes. The Government is also looking at staggering school hours.
