The Scottish Rugby Union is offering children the chance to meet the national squad and even have a training session in their school with Scotland's head coach, Frank Hadden.

Schools and youth groups which apply for group tickets to Scotland's three November matches at Murrayfield, against Romania, the Pacific Islands and Australia, and its three home Six Nations matches next year, against Wales, Italy and Ireland, will not only benefit from discounted tickets but also be automatically entered into a prize draw. The prizes include watching a Scotland training session and meeting the squad, getting into the players' tunnel after a match to meet the players and being coached by Hadden.

"Murrayfield on an international day is a special place and Scottish Rugby has always sought to welcome children and give them the chance to savour all the excitement," says Hadden.

"I still remember vividly my first trip to Murrayfield: travelling down from Dundee on the train, the crowd surging towards the stadium, then, once inside, sitting in the front row and feeling so proud when the Scotland team ran out.

"It's important for the future of our sport that children have every opportunity to see the Scotland team. If our players can inspire them, then that is good for rugby and ultimately can be good for our country."
