Secondary ICT advice

The CD-Roms in Embedding ICT @ Secondary include excellent video case studies demonstrating how to apply many kinds of new technology right across the curriculum; they also provide lesson plans and access to sites with further advice. We see students assimilating the skills of a textile designer and then translating them into their own work, or formulating a set of business objectives on their PCs, led by a teacher with an interactive whiteboard. Others use engineering software to program a lathe or discover how to make presentations about healthy diets. The variety is impressive and encouraging.
