...To see the world

The Royal Navy Museum in Portsmouth has launched a new website giving details of its collections of manuscripts, photographs and artefacts. A section called "Curator's Choice" describes the museum's "object of the month" and there are activities for primary pupils. In the collections and research section are information sheets covering subjects from the sinking of the Bismarck to ship's biscuits. Key personnel, battles and traditions are described in this section.
