Wragg's Wreactionary Wramblings on Kwality (TES, October 28) show he doesn't understand quality or realise what it can do.

Organisations introducing quality systems may save 25 per cent or more of their total costs - a lesson which education, always claiming to be under-resourced, would do well to investigate. Quality is about doing everything properly, at the least possible cost.
