Full exhibitor information is available online at There are a lot of new developments at the show this year, but if you fancy a bit of a nostalgia trip, go and see former Mastermind questioner Magnus Magnusson. He'll be launching the Literacy Resources Guide produced by the NUT and National Literacy Association.


BESA has launched the BESAbox - a school delivery service for materials weighing up to 25kg so that you don't have to spend hours staggering around with samples, brochures and products. For pound;3.95, teachers are offered a cardboard box into which they place their collections. The box is then delivered direct to your school, saving you the bother of carrying it home. The BESAbox is available on the BESA stand and the Consortium stand.The BESAbox is just one of the schemes BESA has initiated to make a visit to the show hassle-free. Its Online Information Servicewill allow visitors to track down specific products, make up a shopping list and log on to exhibitor websites.


The British Educational and Communications Agency (Becta) is launching the second year of the ICT in Practice Awards at the show. Last year, 12 teachers and their schools shared total prize money of pound;36,000.
