Sixth-form building fund from YPLA

The Young People's Learning Agency (YPLA) has announced an extra #163;57 million next year in capital funding for sixth-form colleges to replace and refurbish buildings. A further #163;30 million will be available to create room for extra places where there are demographic pressures.
