(Photograph) - Science teacher Brian Martin of Carlton Bowling College, Bradford with one of the resident giant African land snails. Staff returning from holiday recently were surprised to find nearly 60 ewly born snails that had hatched while they were away. During term-time the eggs are usually removed. The college is now offering the baby snails as pets to the public. Photograph by GUZELAIN.
