8th June 2001 at 01:00
The idea behind the BrowseUp site is that you add some software to your browser which will enable you to add comments to any website. The only people who will see your additions will;be people who are usin BrowseUp. You can also publish your own files with just one click. The file will be uploaded and given its own url. Ideal for a community of learners. See what you think.
