Castlemilk Youth Complex - this is a building and not an adolescent condition - is looking for a youth worker (music development).

As well as knowing the score and being able to face the music, the successful candidate will be, as the advert says, "committed to working directly with young people in an empowering and non-judgmental way".

That presumably means using electric guitars and keyboards, and losing all sense of musical judgment.
