South Pacific sur-Boulogne

6th February 1998 at 00:00
An extension has been added to Europe's largest sea experience centre, NausicaA, in Boulogne-sur-Mer. It demonstrates how man can effectively manage the sea and enjoy it at the same time. A paradise beach on a South Pacific island with lagoons and corals has been recreated as well as a glassed-in underwater aquarium crammed with sea-life. There is also an open-air marine reserve with Californian sea lions and an underwater observatory suspended under cliffs.

Group prices from May 30 will be approximately Pounds 6 adults, Pounds 4 children. For details tel: 00 333 2130 9898.
