Spanking read

From Derek McMillan.

Education and Employment Secretary Gillian Shephard's recent support for corporal punishment reminded me of the story - or is it an urban myth? - of the private school in West Sussex that wanted to buy canes.

It found that the only shop where it could buy them was in Brighton and also sold whips, chains and other SM paraphernalia.

I don't think any further comment is necessary.
