Speaker drums up support for awards

House of Commons speaker John Bercow has written to every school in the country, urging them to take part in the Speaker's School Council Awards. Now in their second year, the awards are run by Parliament's Education Service and recognise the achievements of pupils' school councils. Entries are open to pupils aged four to 19.
