A News Focus article on secondary admissions procedures in south-west Hertfordshire (TES, March 22) contained some inaccurate information on St Clement Danes School, Chorleywood.

Last year 62 per cent of the school's pupils - not the reported 52 per cent - obtained five or more GCSE grades A-C. It was also wrong to suggest that the school selects pupils by interview only.
