Young Astronomers' Workshops, Mills Observatory, Dundee The observatory is the venue for a series of Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon holiday workshops for seven to 11-year-olds taking place on July 19 and 27 and August 2 and 10. The workshops, which cost pound;2 each, will include activities such as making and launching water rockets, making a model of the Solar System (after walking the Planet Trail) and building a Moonbase.
