Stress of being on Ofsted alert

Teachers are living under constant "Ofsted alert" as a result of a new inspection regime, says the NUT.

The union's Bristol branch will demand the abolition of Ofsted and call for a series of ballots for industrial action at schools worst affected by its new framework, which allows inspections to take place at just two days'

notice.
