What do you do?

Drama teacher

A couple of years.

Why did you start?

Was buying weekly and read of subscription deal - too good to miss.

Who reads your copy?

My family and one or two friends.

What do you read first?

After a random browse, I dip into the letters.

What should there be more of in TESS?

Encouragement of public and parental awareness of educational approaches being marred by cuts - further compounded by enforced changes to teachers' conditions of service.

What is the best thing we've done?

It's hard to single anything out, but I find the magazine format extremely comfortable.

Who would you like to see writing in TESS?

The youngsters we work with.
