Working with talented professionals across all sectors of Scottish education.

What do people not know about your job that they should?

Online newspapers, educational journal articles and, of course, The Courier.

Who would you like to see writing in TESS?

Each director of education - one per week - getting a page to talk about their authority.

What do you see as the big issue for Scottish education?

Planning effectively to meet all the needs in each classroom. It's everyone's job.
