Super staff chosen;In brief

TWENTY ONE "superlecturers" have been chosen at Derby Tertiary College, Wilmorton - by their students.

Wilmorton is the first college in the country to introduce enhanced pay and promotion for the best lecturers while enabling them to continue teaching.

Principal David Croll said: "I am delighted the college is at the forefront of such a ground-breaking move to reward excellent staff and drive up standards and quality for our students."
