Rhona Brankin MSP, the deputy minister for culture and sport, will give a keynote speech at a Scottish Swimming two-day seminar later this month on the development of the sport, "Turning the Tide". National coach Chris Martin will take a stroke development session for youngsters and give Scottish Swimming's perspective on the National Swimming Academy.
