Teacher reprimanded

A teacher has been given a reprimand after being cautioned by police for outraging public decency with his partner. The General Teaching Council for England said that Mark Schneider, who was cautioned by Hertfordshire Police in January 2008, has shown "a lack of insight" into how his actions had impacted on the teaching profession. The reprimand will remain on his file for two years.
