Teachers ticked off

The Government of Fiji is cracking down on indiscipline - among teachers and heads. Filipe Boal, head of the country's ministry of education, said: "Any teacher who, during school hours, is seen out in towns and cities or not attending to classes will be disciplined." It is part of the ministry's efforts to improve school performance.
