TEC training drive

A Pounds 2 million drive to target 900 young people who have "disappeared" from education and training since leaving schools or training schemes has been launched by Durham Training and Enterprise Council. The initiative involves a partnership of careers, probation and social services, schools and colleges, the local education authority and the TEC.
