Technology to block bullies

New technology could help stop children receiving threatening text messages. The Intelligent SMS Centre allows children to block messages from certain numbers and can be configured to forward messages to parents.

Sicap, the Swiss developers, said it hoped to introduce the system in the UK because text bullying here was more of a problemthan elsewhere in Europe.
