The High School of Glasgow, the holders of the boys' Scottish Schools' Tennis Team Cup, have been drawn to face Uddingston Grammar in the first round.

Madras College, who narrowly lost to Glasgow in last June's final in Edinburgh, have been drawn against Grove Academy.

In the girls' competition, holders Madras College will face Albyn School in the opening round, while the High School of Glasgow, runners-up last term, will meet Gryffe High.

First round ties have to be completed by the end of the month, with the second round scheduled to be completed by October 31.
