Thames trail

Hammersmith and Fulham primary school children spent last summer term exploring their local Thames riverside to get a better understanding of its historic, economic, cultural and environmental importance. The writing, drawing and photographs resulting from this work feature in a new, free Guide to the Thames Path in Hammersmith and Fulham, the Countryside Commission's newest national trail.
