Thank unions for skills

More than half of employers have seen their staff improve their skills due to union-led projects, a survey claims

Of 415 employers, who have more than a million staff, 68 per cent said union-led projects had led to employees with little history of learning taking up courses, says the survey by Leeds University for unionlearn, the Trades Union Congress's learning organisation.
