12th March 2010 at 00:00

St Margaret's School for Girls in Edinburgh is running a week of science and engineering activities, March 15-19. It has organised a theatrical science show for P4-7 pupils; a bridge-building challenge for S1-2 pupils; kitchen chemistry workshops for S1-2s, in which they will make invisible inks from food; and an S4 forensics week during all timetabled chemistry and biology lessons. The week will end with a mock trial, bringing in the forensic science learnt by the fourth-years.
