(Photograph) - Keith Hargrave is head of Canterbury high in Kent, a specialist sports college which a decade ago was named and shamed as one of the 20 worst secondaries in the country. Since then the school has risen steadily in the league tables. Now it has a pound;4.5 million sports centre and an athletics track and runs academies for elite sportsmen and women.
