The Riverside Pack, third in the Ridgeway Young Explorer's series, is based on a section of The Ridgeway, Oxfordshire, which follows the Thames bank from Streatley and Goring. It covers journeys and networks, settlement, land use, industry and ecology and complements the Court Hill and Lower Chance Farm Packs which centre on the Court Hill Youth Hostel and Ridgeway Centre, south of Wantage, and the downland south of Blewbury. The packs cost Pounds 4 plus 65p postage each from: National Trails Office, Countryside Service, Department of Leisure and Arts, Holton, Oxford OX33 1QQ. (cheques payable to Oxfordshire County Council.)
