Tree project launched

The idea of Natalie Vaughan, 12, to plant a tree for every child born or adopted in Wales took root this week when First Minister Rhodri Morgan planted the first tree in Monmouthshire. The Plant project was dreamt up by Natalie, a pupil at Llanishen High School, a year ago and is being run by Coed Cadw (Woodland Trust) and The Forestry Commission Wales.
