Troubled teacher started blaze

A TEACHER who set fire to her own school was making a cry for help after suffering a series of "horrendous experiences in her life", a court heard this week. Amina Ditta, 24, was arrested after a fire in a temporary classroom at Atlas primary in Bradford, in April last year. The judge at Bradford Crown Court ordered her to undertake a community punishment order of 100 hours and a two-year community rehabilitation order.
